NABO Pilota Tournament
The 2025 NABO Pilota Tournament is heading to Boise November 14–15. Games will take place at the iconic Anduiza Fronton on the Basque Block. The free 2-day celebration of Basque sport will feature teams from Boise, Chino, San Francisco, and Saint-Pierre et Miquelon. Expect thrilling matches and vibrant community energy. Oinkari Sagardotegi Dinner Sells Out
This weekend's popular Sagardotegi Dinner has once again sold out. The Basque Center will be transformed into a sagardotegi and attendees will dine on typical Basque ciderhouse fare prepared by Chef Jesus Alcelay and all-you-can-drink cider. The evening will also feature trikitixa music and many silent auction items. Trivia and Pintxos Night at the Basque Cultural Center
The BEO and the Basque Cultural Center are partnering to put on their first trivia competition on Wednesay, November 20th. Teams will face off in a lively pub-style trivia contest. Questions will cover a mix of categories—from Basque culture and history to pop culture, sports, music, and more. Doors will open at 6:30pm with trivia starting promptly at 7:00pm. Cost per participant is $20.00. Pintxos are included with registration. Drinks and other food items will be availbale for purchase. Players must register by November 14th. You can register here. If you don't have a team, don't worry. You will be connected with others the night of the event. Sounds like fun!
