Boarder Table Lunch in Chino
Our friends at the Centro Basco will host a “Boarder Table Lunch,” this Saturday, October 25th at 12:30pm sharp. The lunch will be served family style and will include a starter of an omelet with peppers, main dish of pork chop with fries along with the set-up of soup, salad, cheese and bread. Genevieve and John Ysursa to be Honored in Chino
Please join the Chino Basque Club for its annual Bizi Emankorra Awards ceremony on Saturday, October 25th. This year’s recipients are Jenny and John Ysursa who are being recognized for their “many years of service to the club.” The event begins at 6pm with dinner, prepared by Sandra and Steve Gamboa, that will be served at 7pm. A Memorial Mass for the North American Basques deceased in the last year will be celebrated by Aita Antton Egiguren at 10:00am (Pacific Time) at San Francisco Basque Cultural Center. Chorizo Drive Thru in Los Banos
Please join the Los Banos Basque Club on Tuesday, October 28th for its 5th Annual Chorizo Drive Thru. The event runs from 4:30pm-6:30pm at the D.E.S.Hall, and the cost is $30 for a dinner for two, which includes Basque chorizo, rolls, beans, salad and cheese. Mustoberfest in Fresno
The Santa Fe Basque Restaurant in Fresno is once again hosting Mustoberfest in conjunction with its Oktoberfest Festivities this Saturday, October 25th. A sit-down lunch will be served at 1pm that will include split pea soup, green salad, German potato salad, Bierocks, Jagerschnitzel, German sausage and sauerkraut, wine, bread, butter, and apple cake.
