Delegates were welcomed by Basque Cultural Center President, Jaime Narbaitz, and San Francisco Basque Club President, Joana Arrechea, both entities hosting the meeting. Meeting highlights included a presentation by Dr. Pedro Oiarzabal on the National Basque WWII Veterans Memorial project, a presentation by NABO’s three voting delegates to the 8th World Congress of Basque Collectivities, as well as a presentation by the Arborglyph Collaborative.
