Arborglyph Collaborative Receives Grant
We would like to congratulate our friends that are part of the Arborglyph Collaborative (UNR, Boise State and California State University Bakersfield), on receiving a grant from the National Archives’ National Historical Publications and Records Commission for a collaborative Arborglyph project. Known for their Basque studies programs, these three institutions collaborated to receive an Archives Planning Grant for $24,000. The goal of the grant is to create a network of interested organizations, and individuals to create “protocols for documenting the carvings, and provide a framework for the public to more easily access information about these historical carvings.” More information about the project and the grant itself is available here. On behalf of everyone at NABO, we would like to congratulate everyone involved in this project, and wish them the best of luck! Zorionak deneri eta sorte on!
