NABO Mus
With Mus Season upon us we felt that many of you might be interested in knowing when upcoming Mus Tournaments will take place. As you know, the more tournaments you participate in, the better your chances of traveling to Argentina in the fall to represent NABO. Here is a list of NABO club tournaments. If your club dates don't appear, please send that information to webmaster@nabasque.eus so that we can include your tournament too. Hor dago!
Movie Night in Chino
The Chino Basque Club will be hosting its first movie night on January 17th at 7pm. Ocho Apellidos Vascos (Eight Basque Last Names) will be shown with English subtitles at the Chino Basque clubhouse. Cost of the event is $15 that includes tapas and a no-host bar. Please RSVP at info@chinobasqueclub.us. All proceeds will go towards the Chino Basque Scholarship Fund.
Destination Language Program
The Donostia Language & Culture Immersion Programme provides an opportunity for young people between the ages of 13-22 to combine learning language and culture into a unique experience in Donostia-San Sebastian. Students are given the opportunity, over 13 nights/14 days, to learn the language by interacting with the natives while also being provided a number of cultural/sporting activities in the afternoons and evenings along with full-day excursions.
